Bändi on perustettu vuonna 2007, jolloin basisti Jarno päätti tyhjentää pöytälaatikkoaan alati kasvavasta biisipinosta. Metallimaailman ollessa lähinnä sydäntä, ja melodioiden tunkiessa väkisinkin mukaan, unohtamatta Suomen masentavaa ilmastoa, oli uuden bändin kohtalo lokeroida itsensä avaimien kanssa doom/death-metallin synkkiin maisemiin. Pitkän ja pimeän talven ensihedelmiä saatiin maistaa huhtikuun lopulla 2008. Vaikka aurinko paistaa, me emme.
